IMPLEMENT -- this is your time to shine. Whether it's taking action on your strategy and doing the work yourself, having someone on your team step in, or enlisting the services of a QuanSite™ Ambassador to implement your new strategy and process maps, this is where the plan is put into action.
REFINE and REINFORCE -- after your plan in put in play it's normal to have more clarifying questions. This final LIVE* meeting with your QuanSite™ Diplomat takes place anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month or so after implementing your new strategy and process maps. This is where you often can squeeze additional profits out of the processes that would otherwise be left on the tree. Your QuanSite™ Diplomat will discuss how to refine or reinforce your new strategy in detail.
